We support children in marginalized situations through collecting and sharing evidence on the use and implementation of telepresence technology in educational settings.

Telepresence robots help children and young adults across Europe attend school and connect with classmates, even when they cannot physically be there. Our network, the Telepresence Experience Network’s (TEN), aim to spread information about the usage of telepresence technology in education in Europe, with the goal of creating easy access to telepresence technology for those who can benefit from it.
On this website you’ll find an overview of research conducted on the use of telepresence technology in school and resources on how to best implement telepresence technology in your classroom.
The network will host three seminars and three research workshops in Denmark, Sweden and Norway from 2021 – 2023. If you wish to sign up for one of the seminars, please contact the coordinator of the network:
